Claudia Heinle is a specialist in the Egyptian dance language. She performs and teaches contemporary dance based on ancient traditions. She has worked as a dancer, teacher, choreographer, mentor, manager, author and producer at an international level for 25 years. She is the artistic director of tanz raum - dance company, music label, and school.

Dance and music in Egypt has been handed down orally from generation to generation for thousands of years by families of artists who specialise in their particular field. Claudia Heinle gained her knowledge from these families, who represent different genres of music and dance in Egypt.

• Claudia is founder and co-director, choreographer and dancer with tanz raum dance company and tanz raum music label.
   
• She directs the productions of tanz raum dance company and organizes dance projects for amateurs and professionals. 
  
  
• She has co-developed tanz raum's per ankh certification to improve training and understanding of the Egyptian dance language.
  
  

• Claudia is a mentor for the per ankh certification "Art of Trance", "Art of Healing", "Art of Movement".
  
  
• She teaches in Kult-X in Kreuzlingen (CH) and in ADEM in Geneva (CH) and gives workshops and certified courses in other countries.
  
  
• Claudia is part of TanznetzThurgau, a Swiss association which fosters the visibility of contemporary dance in the Kanton.
